Back in the day I ran a highly profitable IT consulting firm. Post Ir35 and covid damaged the business irreparably. It was limping along, a zombie in reality. There were considerable intangibles on be balance sheet, but a small ccompany is only worth real assets. Chris and David at Rothbard offered impartial and professional advice and the company was sold to a US based PE firm. They will realise the intangibles and dovetail the company into their EMEA ops.

I had two joinery companies who were experiencing very very difficult trading. The landlord at the manufacturing site was particularly hard and engaged in allot of sharp business practices. Chris and the lead the takeover and restructure and I am very happy with the results so far

My accountant suggest I give them a call. My fencing company really did not bounce back after the various government imposed lockdowns. It was just struggling to be honest, we could pay debts but that was about it. Like so many small businessea at the moment! It all took about 7 days and communication from all parties was great. If you are struggling, give them all call

As I owned a company Working through are accountant we where put in toch with Rothbard Associates. We sold the company to them

There were a lots of debts and the covid loans from the bank. Chris and tamsyn were very professional hence, I will definitely recommend them.
I was getting panic attact, getting into stress, was not sleeping well all night but I believe rothbard associates saved me.

This is a review of Rothbard Associates services relating to my ESG Consultancy.

The team led by Chris is professional and adds value throughout the transaction.
Swiftly resolved some initial hiccups and got down to business thereafter. Their solution is unique in the marketplace in that they keep the companies active and sell on at a later date. Companies are never dissolved.

Recommend their services and impressed by the consultative approach by all.

I dealt with Chris at Rothbard Associates he was really helpful and professional and friendly. At the beginning, I was not sure if this is the right way of getting out of my business finance difficulties and Chris helped me a lot to understand everything and now I am debt free.
