THIS IS THE BIGGEST SCAM EVER!!!

I am gutted to have been fooled into buying such disgusting quality clothes.
Polyester 200% fake photos and zero labels. DONT BUY FROM THEM

The price is so crazy and the quality is gross. All the products that I've got were super awful with the fabric.

Awful fabric not like photo at all why are these companies allowed to advertise on social media !

I fully agree with previous reviews that state the company has dreadful customer service and I can only assume they are scammers. I ordered clothing from them as they state that goods could be returned. The website also states the garments are cotton and/or linen, but when receiving the goods they not. They are polyester, if labelled at all, and very poorly made. Nothing like the images on the website. I have now tried 4 times to contact them to arrange a return but get no response except the first time when they asked for photos. I should not have to send them photos of their own poorly made clothing! I have not heard from them again despite politely emailing them 3 further times. I am pursuing this further via PayPal and Amex. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Very terrible seller , like a fraud.

The pants I bought ripped when I wore it the day after I received it. Did not even wash it. The material is totally different from whats in the photo and no branding / label on each clothing that signifies the Rotimia brand. It arrived quickly as I live in Hong Kong. Also in the website there’s no option to cancel your order.

Quality is terrible - it’s all cheap and just crap print. They take ages to refund and charge you to do so! I lost $107 to this company!

Awful quality material and terrible fitting clothes! I asked to return the items and they requested photos of why I wanted to return them! I said I won’t be sending them photos, they then offered $8 as a refund after I spent $85!!!
I would give them -5 stars if I could.

Do not buy from this company. Poor quality, does not look like item in photos at all. They don't get in touch when asking to return, then offer $5 dollar discount. They only got in touch when I went through PayPal. Buyer beware.

Similar to the other reviews, the fabric is cheap and not true to size. I was not sent a receipt on purchase and when I requested it and their returns address to post back I’ve had no response. Absolutely scammers! I have sent so many emails and had no response. Even though their website says they accept returns:refunds Stay away from this site DO NOT purchase from it!!! If I could give it zero stars I would.

Don't buy from this company. It's some warehouse in china and the product does not look like the pics. I spent over £125 and all they offered was £14 back so now having to go through the bank to get a refund. The company demands you pay for shipping and freight costs if you want to return, which is garbage. Do not use them! They are 100% worse than shein products!! A week has gone by and no response regarding getting a refun

I would like to share my recent experience with this company. Unfortunately, if there were an option to give zero stars, that would be the most fitting rating.
I purchased clothes from them, and the quality was very disappointing—they looked terrible.
I've been trying to contact them for over ten days to arrange a return, but I haven't received any response via email or through their Instagram account. Additionally, they don't provide any contact numbers.
It feels like they're taking advantage of their customers. I strongly advise against even visiting their page or considering buying anything from them.

I bought clothes from them. They look horrible, nothing like picture. Nobody is replying to return them. Total horrible scam. Never buy here

Awful experience they never collie through with a refund the dress wasn't like picture. Do not buy from here ever.
