Rough Diamond's Beginner Course

Just finished the beginner's course at Rough Diamond's MMA, I was surprised by how much I learned on day one, which continued till the last. The coaches were great and created a very inviting environment making you feel like you've been going there for years. Overall the experience was great and would highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in learning MMA.

A great fight gym.

A great fight gym.

The instructors are personable and are willing to lend a hand if you need help.

I've been coming to Rough Diamonds for just over 7 months now. My physique has improved, I've lost weight and learned new skills.

Well worth the money and highly recommended.

Joined the gym in late 2021

Joined the gym in late 2021. As a first time martial artist in my mid 40s I was apprehensive at first but everyone made me feel welcome. The Fit 2 Fight class is ideal for me, learning about the sport I have come to love whilst getting fit and having fun too.

My daughters' have also attending the junior classes and enjoyed them greatly.

Awesome gym for all levels.

Joined after moving to St. Ives in September and it’s been a great experience. I’m new to grappling and muy thai, and can only go once a week (I’m a mom to a three-year-old), but everyone - even the most experienced folks - has been extremely welcoming, patient, and willing to work with me. I definitely recommend this gym for women (there’s other women, it’s not a total sausage fest) and beginners!
