POSITIVE EXPERIENCE.
I became a member of route4hike without any intention. Of course, the credit was immediately deducted from my account even though I had no intention of buying anything. I canceled my membership, but the credit was still deducted. I filed a complaint and the problem was resolved very professionally and positively to my great satisfaction. This should be a signal for safe business with ROUTE4HIKE.

Unfortunately I had clicked on to this website in error, and erroneously signed up for a subscription. After finding payments being debited from my account I was able to locate the company. I started a chat with a gent called Lordvy who went above and beyond to find my account, he was respectful and professional and was able to refund my account without any worry.
