Ordered 2 “stim Tool” s for my preschool class on 6/4/25. Items shipped out of Ireland (their shipping states they ship from US locales). Says items received in US on 6/20, goes through more customs stages and lands in Duluth, MN on 7/2. I live in the Twin Cities, why did it land in Duluth? After many back and forth reworded “apologies” from Routinem, they tell me this “ We are so sorry for what happened.
As we checked, your parcel has been returned by your local post office.
What's more, this parcel will not be returned to our original warehouse, which means we can not receive the parcel neither.

In this case, we have two solutions for you:
1. If you still want the product, we can resend your order, but this time we need to charge some money for our loss of the product and the first shipping fee.”

So, I get scammed out of half the money spent due to no error on my part? I finally just took the Partial refund to end it.
DO NOT ORDER FORM THIS COMPANY, unless you want to get scammed out of your money!
