Was complex situation as we had to go back and forward to Finance company as they were being awkward to pay out costs. Was fortunate that the company that supplied new inverters were very helpful in sorting that. There were quite a few people at Rowan Rose - whether it would have been better if there was only one person involved in the case.

My disappointment with the process was that my particular claim was very much delayed by a very unreasonable time delay before being finalised .
It was not dealt with very satisfactorily by Rowan Rose.

Rowan Rose represented my Solar PV mis-selling claim, they fully explained the process from the outset, including their no win no fee claims model, what fees I would be charge following a successful outcome and the timescales I could expect the claims procedure to take. They kept me fully informed throughout and the claim was settled quicker than I expected.

Roman Rose dealt with a claim against a solar panel company, they did everything all we had to do was supply some paperwork and a statement. I was happy with the outcome which wrote off the interest on our repayment plan, reducing the amount monthly from £113 to £26. The company was efficient and kept us informed of progress. There was always someone available to deal with any questions we had.
