Id been waiting for some marble coasters to come in stock ordered and upon delivery discovered a chip in the corner of one of them, I reported this to rowen homes and Grace was very quick to resolve my issue as she issued a replacement of the faulted product same day. I have previously shopped at rowen homes for sofas and various accessories for the home and always been satisfied with the quality of the products. I find there quality better than items ive purchased from the likes of Barker and Stonehouse.

Dpd LOST my parcel a beautiful vase i was furious until I spoke to amy she explained she was new there however she helped very fast and efficiently the lost delivery from dpd has been fixed with a replacement. I would chsmge to evri much delivery service.

After returning our order at the start of May (tracked delivery) and sending multiple chasers we are still waiting to receive our refund or any acknowledgment of our return. Recommend others avoid using this site.
25th of June edit: Following the review response from Rowen 10 days ago we are still yet to receive a reply to our multiple emails and Rowen are still holding our £100’s despite having received our return in May. Absolutely disgraceful customer service.

Unfortunately had to contact customer services as received a damaged item, within hours had a reply off Grace telling me a replacement will be on its way Monday when the warehouse opens… very happy with quick response.

The process of returning a damaged frame was far more difficult than I expected. Fortunately, they did eventually collect the item and I am receiving a full refund. I'm leaving this review to highlight Amy on the customer experience team. She was polite, helpful, and got the job done despite the frustrating system. I appreciate her help, even if the overall experience was a bit exhausting.
