We're based in Newcastle Upon Tyne where we dispatch your orders from. We're all about providing you with the best quality, luxurious homeware available, that's why our team of interior designers and buyers hand pick all of our items.

I sent most of the order back because…
I sent most of the order back because the quality just didn't justify the price tag. The photography is great and makes things look nicer than they are in reality. £40 for 2 cushion covers, of average quality, isn't what I expected to be honest. Sorry Rowan Homes. I also didn't appreciate paying to return items to you. Free returns don't sting quite so much. It will make me think twice before ordering again, especially if I'm looking at a big or heavy item.

Amazing customer care from Grace! 🌟🌟I had a faulty cushion cover and messaged late on a Friday. Less than 12 hours later (on a Saturday morning!), she got back to me. She gave me clear choices, was incredibly polite, and resolved my problem perfectly. It's so rare to get this level of quick, caring support nowadays. Highly recommend!

I keep giving this company the benefit of the doubt and have not ordered from them since last year but yet again my order is wrong !
Every single time I order it is wrong . Products sent do not in any way resemble what I’ve ordered .

Gold butterfly wall ornaments
Bought the pip gold butterfly wall ornaments in both sizes, beautiful but they were a bit to yellow for me but I sprayed them with rust oleum metallic spray paint i got from amazon (in white gold) the small ones one coat but the large needed two coats. Very very happy , eye catching and lots of compliments 😊

Money taken for item they didn’t have in stock.
Email received informing of my latest purchase from Rowen Homes order being cancelled without any information as to the reason for cancellation. After ringing the Rowen Homes customer experience department, I was informed they simply didn’t have the product in stock. I will definitely think twice before buying anything from Rowen Homes in the future.
