I was A little bit sceptical but decided at worst, it would be a waste of money. The first Night I slept quite well, but as the days and weeks went by the difference was incredible. I have neuropathy and arthritis and type two diabetes this grounding sheet Has made an amazing difference to all three issues and I feel so much better. I would highly recommend it and I would never be without it. The company service is amazing as well.

We ordered a sheet when I heard a podcast about earthing. Now we wouldn’t be without it. I’ve finally (after 6 years) managed to get rid of my pregnancy and under knee pillow! Back stiffness is gone, I usually rely on a chiropractor to temporary relieve this problem. Also- I no longer need to wear bed socks(?!) as my usually iceblock feet are comfortably warm and… my husband is no longer snoring. Our bed is now so tranquil! We could feel a slight tingling for about a week, which was relaxing and I think has now gone as our bodies have adjusted.
Husband really mocked me for introducing this sheet, and is now so sold on it we are buying two more. I even bought a ground stake for when we went camping.

I bought an organic cotton earthing bed sheet after researching ways to alleviate autoimmune related inflammation, I noticed a marked improvement after the first night, after 3 nights I have seen improvement after each night, easy to use and doesn't require electricity as it simply uses the plug to connect to the earthing point in the socket. There was also a card saying a tree had been planted with the purchase, an added bonus knowing it had helped the environment. Received next day.

So happy with my organic earthing sheet. Bought for my kids also. Improves sleep and makes me feel far more grounded and relaxed!

Rowland grounding sheets were recommended to me by a friend, and I will definitely be recommending them to further friends and colleagues.
I purchased two double fitted sheets, and they arrived within 48 hours, beautifully packaged. I used one and some months later when my new bed arrived realised I had ordered the wrong size for the second. I emailed and, despite this being my error, they immediately organised an invoice for the difference in price, sent out a replacement (again arriving the next day) and a label to return the original (unopened) one. Emails were all read and answered so promptly, and both Amy and Alex were so helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I rarely ever write a review, but felt compelled to as Amy and Alex genuinely go above and beyond to listen to and support their customers. Truly exceptional!

Rowland's grounding mat is incredible, I felt my whole body relaxing effortlessly from the moment I got into bed. My sleep has improved dramatically, I've stopped getting weird, unsettling dreams and wake up feeling like I've actually slept - for the first time in years. I've only had it a few days and the swelling in my legs is already lessening. It's beautifully made, packaged and arrived the next day. I can't recommend it highly enough!

The earthing sheet unfortunately did not work for me. The reason for the 5 stars is because..
It arrived quickly/ quality was great/ lovely feel of fabric/ really good customer service when I contacted them about returning it/ and immediate refund when I did.
I wish it had worked for me as everything else about it was good. It has worked for friends of mine so just seems everyone different reaction to it

I initially purchased the Organic Cotton Grounding Sheet from Rowland Earthing back in February and having used for over a month, I knew straight away that this was a groundbreaking product, however, I found that the flat sheet didn't work too well for me, as it kept slipping off the bed.

I decided to email the Rowland customer service team to see if I could return the original sheet and swap it for the fitted version. Within about half an hour of sending the email, I had a lovely email from Amy in their team, confirming that the exchange would be fine, with a free returns label attached to return the old sheet and an invoice for additional amount due for the new fitted sheet. Within seconds of paying the invoice, the new sheet had been dispatched and it arrived the next day. I was absolutely amazed at the speed and professionalism with which this was all handled.

In terms of the sheet itself, the results are absolutely amazing. I don't have any long term health issues but nevertheless the effects of the sheet are instantaneous. From the moment I hop into bed, my aches and pains are gone and I sleep like a baby all through the night. Its the deepest sleep I have ever had. Having known the myriad of amazing effects from grounding for some time, this has truly been game changing for me, as it can be hard to ground naturally with the poor weather in the UK.

After doing a lot of research on grounding sheets, I finally ordered one at the end of November (2024), hoping that all the reviews I had read would be the same for me. However, after 4 months of continuous use, I have not noticed the slightest improvement in either my sleep or aches and pains.
Total waste of money!

My husband and I have been using the sheet for three weeks now. The biggest difference I have noticed is my sleep is now completely uninterrupted! I used to wake up almost every night, but not anymore. My order was delivered quickly and their customer service has been super helpful.

I recently purchased these for myself and my family. Brilliant sheets, the best customer service, highly recommend.

Sadly, I haven't noticed any benefits or differences since using this sheet.
I wanted to return it immediately after a few weeks but read you must try it for 30 days, and I contacted the company to let them know. They suggested I buy more gadgets to check if my outlet plug is working, etc, but honestly, I didn't have the energy or time to buy more contraptions, as I haven't felt any differences either way, so I have a very expensive sheet on my bed that doesn't do anything. meh!

First night, slept over eight hours, over one hour deep sleep and only awake 29 mins. This far exceeds previous night!

I used their 45day money back guarantee to blind test two earthing sheets on my wife and daughter with zero results.

Yes it's subjective, so try them yourself, but I personally think these do not offer any of the reported claims.

Once returned Rowland were slow at refunding and needed prompting. The refund then took a while to process.

Yes they finally refunded but it's not a quick process, and let's face it, these aren't a cheap product. Do your own blind studies.
