First time of using Rowse (and last!) ordered a single part from them, after two weeks contacted them to inquire were it was.
Gent taking the call asked for my phone number promising to look in to this, and call me back, which he did.
Informed me they had no stock, there supplier also had no stock, but that they expected it in, and Rowse would receive it that Friday and dispatch to me on the Monday, that was 12 days ago, and still no part.
Have had one made locally to get the job out of the door, rather than let my customer down.

Unfortunately, the adaptor I ordered was not in stock at the time, but my order was only delayed by a couple of days as a result. Hence 4 stars and not 5.
