Don't buy from this company

Don't buy from this company. I purchased the Florentine Heart and it broke the second time I wore it. The second time I wore it was outside their 14 day policy, so they said I could send it back and pay for a repair. No thank you. Not paying to repair something I've had less than a month and worn twice.

I ordered a charm necklace that stained my clothing

I ordered a charm necklace that appeared to be of high quality upon receipt. While on vacation, I wore it twice and noticed that both shirts had significant stains on the necklines after wear. I have been in contact with customer service multiple times by email and telephone in an attempt to resolve the issue. The team is very slow to respond, and when they did, they asked for photos of my damaged clothing first, then asked for photos of the necklace, and finally asked me to explain the source of the problem. Clearly, I do not know why their jewelry is flawed. I am very tired of this back and forth. I would not purchase again from this retailer

Sadly I think the items are beautiful. But the customer service is awful and the chains are very poor quality and tarnish

Very poor quality – color faded after just one weekm extremely…

I bought a bracelet and I’m extremely disappointed with the quality. After only one week, the color already started to come off, even though I take good care of it and never wear it in the shower. For this price, I expected much better. Unfortunately, the quality is below minimum and I can’t recommend it.

No way to contact this company!

Ordered a long necklace. A large heart, small heart and an initial charm and can’t get them to hook together. There were no notes about an extender needed. They make it simple online how to add all together. No phone number to call and customer service email doesn’t respond. Wish I had read all the other reviews that are mostly negative! I think this is a scam company! Do not fall for their Instagram advertising!! Going to dispute the charge as I have no other recourse as I want to return.

Tough to find Customer Service Contact

I received my order promptly. I had an issue with the mini puffy heart (turns out it was my error). I reached out twice on their website "contact us" form and heard nothing. I emailed them through several emails offered online, and through Instagram.

Once I discovered the correct email, I received a prompt response. They apologized and were very helpful. While customer service was difficult to track down, I am happy with the positive resolution.

Horrible customer service!

I ordered a necklace from RA on December 5th as a Christmas gift for my wife. I messaged them repeatedly starting on the 12th, with no response (note: they don't provide a customer service phone number to call...I'm sure it would be inundated. I googled and found a number for the NY showroom, but when I called a recording said it was "out of service"). I finally got an email response that "sometimes the USPS doesn't update the tracking." Finally on December 23rd they sent a "complementary replacement order." When I told them that since it was their fault they never shipped it out the first time, they should overnight it so it would arrive by Christmas, they responded that "Priority Mail usually gets there overnight" ...insert eye roll here. The necklace finally arrived today, December 29th. The package mailing label was clearly marked "no holiday or Sunday delivery"...cheap bastards. This is the last time I ever buy anything from this company. From the reviews I see here about the quality of their materials, I doubt this necklace will last long. AVOID THIS MERCHANT!

Cute Jewelry-ZERO service

I ordered a Christmas gift on December 1 and, by December 7, had still received no shipping confirmation or updates. I reached out four separate times and received absolutely no response. It wasn’t until I started posting publicly on social media that anyone bothered to contact me.

At that point, I was told an item was on backorder—something that was never disclosed on their website at the time of purchase—and that my order would not ship until December 24. After I again raised concerns publicly, the order suddenly “shipped” the same day.

As of December 17, I still do not have the package. Tracking shows it is delayed. This has been, without question, the worst gift-purchasing experience I’ve had. Poor communication, lack of transparency, and reactive customer service only after public pressure.

Do not purchase from this company.

Where is my order

I can see from all the other reviews that this is a reoccurring theme. Ordered one of the very expensive custom bracelets for my brother with his newborn baby girls name on it 2 weeks ago. I was concerned I hadn't heard anything about delivery considering Id paid £21 and was told it would take 2 business days. Its now two weeks later and I have not received this. I have emailed the company 3 times now asking to cancel and refund me but have had no response. Unsure how to progres from here. And if it does magically turn up I can see I will be expected to pay a "handling fee" to return it which given my experience feels extortionate. Would not recommend and will not be ordering from them again.

Ordered $500+ worth of jewelry 12 days ago, absolutely no shipping details or responses from instagram DMs, messages on their website, etc. Not acceptable from a brand who clearly spends all of their money on marketing but can't actually supply product or respond to their paying customers.

Received a junky-looking necklace that cost me over a $100 and an excessive shipping fee. I sent it back and was again charged an excessive "handling" fee. if you're into sub-par jewelry and being over-charged for it, this is the place to go.

I finally received one of the 3 items and want to cancel the other 2. I called several times lets messages and wrote to customer service. I ordered the long puffy heart necklace…

I ordered the long puffy heart necklace and recieved the small one, althouogh charged for the long one. I found the quality to be very cheap and made the decision to return it and not reorder. THey told me they would review my return request and email me back, that was a week ago. I have since filed two complaints with them and also recieved no response. I think this company is a scam and I would not order from them.

Necklace not as pictured

I received a puffy heart necklace as a gift (loved the photos of it—it looked like it was really long which is what I wanted). The necklace is actually pretty short—I ordered the “extenders” from RA and not only did they look bad—the puffy heart chain is chunky and the extenders are delicate—but the clasp on the extenders didn’t close around the chain or the jump ring of the necklace AND the only way to connect them was at the front of the heart necklace. I contacted customer service to see if there was any way to make the chain longer (I would obviously pay!) and they said “sorry, there isn’t any way to make that happen”. I was not given an option to exchange for something else or even “we’re sorry you don’t love your item”. I wouldn’t buy from them again—and not sure what I am going to do with this necklace…

Extremely disappointed

Extremely disappointed. I received a bracelet as a gift from a friend and the elastic started fraying very quickly. I contacted RA (who are incredibly slow at replying) and I was told I would have to send it to New York (I'm in the UK) and I would be charged to have it repaired, even though it was clearly faulty. Would never purchase from them again.

I would like to add that RA is doing it's best to help me, which I greatly appreciate. They are always friendly and the fact that there was a break in communication seems to be due to the very small team.

I purchased a necklace which is…

I purchased a necklace which is absolutely beautiful and the quality looks amazing however a few of the pieces were chipped which was disappointing considerations I paid over £100 for the item. However their customer service was wonderful and sent me a brand new necklace free of charge. This also had a chip and they refunded me! So I kept the necklace gratefully but they gave my money back which was so lovely of them to do. I really want to buy more pieces soon and if you have any issues rest assured they will help you
