Purchased a t-shirt nearly four months ago. It was never sent. No explanation, no replies received to several messages (via email and their website). No refund. Roxx BKK took my money with apparently no intention of ever providing the product they were advertising. Do not trust this company.
I was sent part of my order, never sent tracking number, never sent the rest of the items, and when tried to contact, insults, swear words and bad manners.
No need to waste money or time. And he (Svein Falk Lorentzen) is not worth at all to deal wirh.
good quality but many items are 'backordered'. my worst 'backorder' waited nearly a year & a half (!!!) whereas their site says thos items are normally processed within 4-5 days. the seller instead of being friendly (i've emailed him at various points) is ALWAYS borderline rude, never friendly & never proactively trying to ensure 'customer loyalty' or 'customer satisfaction'.
you'd think with large 'backorder' delays (it's happened many other times too) that say a discount off a future order would be offered, a coupon code, even a simple apology - in this case though? NOTHING!!
i think this last interaction (which was snarky & unprofessional coming from a business) makes it super easy to write this & for me to avoid buying again!
want good items (if they're in stock), go with them but want some basic level respect & a friendly seller who values his customers? go elsewhere...
personally, it's not worth the overall bad experience so try other sites...
