Used Roy Trevor recently to move our personal effects from Lancashire to southern Spain. We can highly recommend their services, primarily dealt with Robert and he was absolutely fantastic, everything from initial enquiry to final delivery was 100%+++. Nothing was too much trouble, communication was perfect, everything discussed, promised, agreed and implemented wasn't deviated from and at all times we had total confidence that everything would work out as expected. Drivers collecting in UK were really helpful and friendly, delivery drivers in Spain similarly. Our daughter will be relocating to Spain at some point in the near future and she will also use them based on our experience, cannot recommend/praise them highly enough. Goods were held in storage from 19/1 both sides of the channel also without any issues. Thank you everyone.

I have used Roy Trevor several times for storage and they have always been excellent, easy to deal with efficient and certainly go the extra mile in customer service.
Neil who works at the Winsford depot was always accommodating and provided excellent service and contact.He is an asset to the company and as a customer facing point of contact is a great example of how the company do business.
I would certainly recommend them and use them again.

Drivers are absolute idiots!! Driving without due car nearly hit my car with my 2 year old daughter in!!! Rang up to complain and got absolutely nothing from the office!!!

Used the self storage unit at Winsford whilst moving home. Neil was very helpful and made the process very smooth. All the units are spotless and well maintained easy access out of hours.

Roy Trevor Removals were excellent from start to finish. The whole team we encountered were friendly and professional. Diane was fast to get back to us every time we were in touch (very useful when you are needing information quickly and to secure removal dates) about availability and services. Neil did a very thorough and professional initial assessment of our property. Boxes were dropped off for us to start our packing as soon as we requested them. The team who helped us move (Steve, Keith and Carl) were punctual, hard working, friendly and efficient. They were very organised and knew exactly what they were doing, and we felt we were in very safe hands, which is exactly what you want at a stressful time of moving. We were amazed at how fast they were able to unload our things and set everything up just where we wanted it in our new property. Whilst at the same time taking great care with all our things. It made that part of the process so much easier and smoother than we'd imagined. I would recommend Roy Trevor Removals to anyone moving home because we had a very positive experience and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in future.

Quick and efficient from Quote to packing and removal of items to storage. The team arrived early on the appointed morning and after a walk round of the property and asking for any special instructions began their task efficiently which was completed by mid afternoon. I was particularly impressed to learn the household goods were packed directly into the containers they would be stored in thus eliminating any additional packing/unpacking. Another plus for me is that the containers are stored on the Roy Trevor site, not elsewhere. The admin staff were very polite, knowledgable and efficient. I will have no hesitation in using Roy Trevor for the move into my new property and have no hesitation in recommending their services

We recently used Roy Trevor for a removal, several months of storage and eventually delivery to our new house. Everyone we dealt with from the initial enquiry, virtual survey, admin and removal guys were thoroughly professional, personable and efficient. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Excellent team, very efficient yet very careful

I have fortunate enough to find a removal company who are excellent at customer service and competent remover.

I have used Roy Trevor 4 times and taken advantage of the full packing service and have also used for storage. They take all the furniture down and erect again in your chosen room.

To date, I have used Roy Trevor Removals for both removing and storing our household goods. We've had them move our belongings both locally and internationally - the service is the same each time, top-notch. Not a single item broken or damaged, with all our shipments arriving when Trevor's said they would.

They are helpful, take extra care with delicate and valuable items, and try to move cartons and large goods carefully so as not to damage walls or floors.

Currently, they are moving our household for the fifth time. Half the belongings are already in storage and the rest will go into storage next week. The Trevor's people have worked with me to coordinate dates. They have been superb.

I would definitely use them for future moves. I highly recommend their services.
