I had a fault on a toilet Pan
I had a fault on a toilet Pan; the manufacturer would not replace the pan even though it was clearly faulty. Royal Bathroom who supplied the toilet went above and beyond and set a new one free of charge, I certainly buy again from this company.

missing part
I had an issue with a missing part when my shower cubicle was delivered. I reported this and although I had to wait for a replacement part it was replaced within a few days. I was very grateful for the kind and understanding person dealing with this as I was not very nice if im honest. Good reliable company and I would really recommend them.
