Brilliant brilliant company
We received absolutely fantastic service from Royal Bathrooms. They were brilliant with replacing a broken screen and arranging collection of incorrect items we ordered (our fault) and issuing a refund so promptly.
It’s so hard to find companies that really look after their customers. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

This company failed me.
This company cannot, will not, do not actually answer points raised against their products in correspondence. They are evasive & deceitful. I anticipate that this post will prompt AI bs saying "please can you send more details so we can sort this out" etc. The issue has been raised before ( in the last 2 weeks ) & they were merely obtuse and unhelpful. I intend to write to the CEO or equivalent detailing their hopeless service and poor quality products. Avoid this company... They don't give a toss about the customer: they just want the money.

A banal & therefore essentially meaningless reply to this tells me that they are 'in contact' with me etc. In truth however, they continue to evade & avoid the key aspects of my supplied correspondence complaint, while repeating a risibly sanctimonious, dishonest & inaccurate account. Wholly inadequate or just blatantly obtuse? Could be both. This continues...

Breeze Acrylic Round Single Ended Bath
This review is SPECIFICALLY and ONLY for the "Breeze Acrylic Round Single Ended Bath". I would recommend people avoid this tub. The sides are not sloped enough so a lot of water just builds up all around the edges and you will end up with mould on your edges a lot quicker than normal.

You need more detailed blow up pictures of connections to ensure no misunderstanding....

I recently purchased a toilet from this company and the service was excellent
The delivery was as promised but on installation there was a minor problem with one of the fittings. I contacted them straight away and a replacement part was sent for next day delivery.
Communication has been excellent with emails answered almost by return.
I am completely satisfied with my purchase and my dealings with the company have been prompt and efficient.
