Placed an order on April 15, it has still not been dispatched. Have tried contacting them: no reply. Would like to cancel and have a full refund, but that doesn’t look possible, as they don’t answer. Not impressed at all.

This company could improve by going out of business. Why anyone deals with them beats me. Had I found the reviews before I ordered I would not have used them. I ordered on the 13 April and have tried contacting them on many occasions but no reply.

Like so many others, I have had a terrible experience using this company. I ordered the War Horse Brooch for my wife as a surprise last October. When the brooch failed to arrive within the time specified I emailed them to ask where the brooch was. They did not respond. I emailed again and still no response. I tried a third time with a threat to take the matter further and they replied and apologised for the fact that I had not received my brooch and as it was well into November now, they would send me a refund. I heard nothing. I have tried to email them again, but as usual, they completely ignor my communication. I have given up on getting my £13 back, which I guess is what they were hoping. Don't be tempted to purchase from this company. You will only be waisting your time, effort and money.

No communication, no telephone number, no responses any way. It's a shame that this company still has a website selling stuff when so many people are complaining about not receiving goods.

I ordered a beautiful brooch in readiness for remembrance day from Royal Brooches but like others have reported, nothing arrived. Following instructions from PayPal I contacted Jess.K at royal brooches but no reply, so disappointing. I will have to try paypal again to obtain a refund and I will never use Royal Brooches again even though they do advertise some lovely items....such a shame

I must report the brooch I orered on the 3rd November arrived today the 20 th November and it is actually really nice. It's such a shame that communication from this company is so poor. Just one email regarding the situation could avert so many negative comments. Still no apology though !

Like others have said, no communication, no item. Sickening company preying on well-meaning people who want to buy something to commemorate Remembrance Day. I have started a complaint with Paypal and I would suggest that everyone who has been scammed does the same with them or their bank.
I bought using Facebook and the big lesson for me is to Google the company and see if they look legitimate…if they do then buy direct and if not don’t touch them with a barge pole.

I ordered one of those lovely brooches ,£17.74 ,but nothing arrived. No tracking number or whatsoever . Really dissapointing . I was lookung forward for that and I really wanted the money to go for a good cause,not in the scamers pockets. Shame to them .

Ordered a 'They also served' brooch and it never arrived. I never had any communication from the company. It is a scam. Do not order from this company!

I ordered two brooches never received them from Facebook advert scam

I ordered items from this so called company, to the value of £49.21 my money went to a Canadian Bank.
Maybe with this very negative review I might get my goods
My Bank are looking into this also

I ordered 2 x 110 world war 1 badges total £20.73 they say you get email acknowledgement none arrived
Orders dispatched within 5 working days 2 weeks on nothing
The money has gone into a Canadian bank account,I have sent 5 messages with their forms and 3 emails to google email up no reply

Update: It arrived on this day, about 2 hours after I posted this review. The badge is great, I wish they had answered my communications.

Ordered on 6th September, got an email advising me they would let me know when it was dispatched. No email.

Now 17th September, two emails and two site forms later and no reply.

When you see this company advertised on Facebook or other sites, warn people about communication and delivery time.

Disgusting. No telephone number. No tracking id, No follow up email, No answers to the contact page. I've contacted paypal . how can this happen, £42 lost. How has some of the war charities not put a stop to this, does anyone care anymore

Order remembrance brooch and sticker for car June 6 24 , nothing not an answer to enquiry where it is , looks like a big con on peoples emotions , shame on you

I have ordered some D Day .brooches as a keepsake for my grandsons. Am getting a bit concerned as they have not arrived yet money was taken out of my account though I ordered them on the 26th may hopefully to have recieve them by June 6th

2 is the average for product (4 stars) and communication (0 stars). The products were received and the recipients were happy with them but the lack of communication from this company is atrocious. I ordered 2 poppy brooches as there was a discount for the 2. There must have been a technical error as I have confirmation I could have the 2 brooches for £14.99 plus P&P. I contacted the company to query but heard nothing back. Then 2 months later a payment of £11.99 was taken but now I don't know if this works out as the same price as was originally quoted for 2 brooches. There was no apology from the company nor was there a warning of what was happening regarding taking further payment. Could never trust this company again!

Fraudulent site offering Remembrance Day brooches. Preying on decent people to purchase, to help others, on an emotional day. The products never show up. If you open a Paypal case they will leave right until the 2 hours before the case is decided upon by Paypal (usually early hours of the morning, i.e 2am) where they will say it was delivered - then you find out in the morning that the case has been closed because you never responded in time! They are based in an America speaking country because they can't spell words correctly like "centre" and the website links, apart from the product pages for purchasing, go straight to a "click funnels" page. Serious criminal intent here.

War Horse Brooch ordered on 26th October.Delivery timescale on advert said three to seven days, Delivery was actually received on the 14th November.Too late for Remembrance Day. Communication an absolute shambles. Web site well dodgy, can`t find a way of returning item. Case opened with Pay Pal.
