Bag of food was damaged

Bag of food was damaged - there was a box around it but the box arrived in a state and the bag had puncture marks in it maybe from a fork lift truck or something with prongs!!

My delivery was delivered to the wrong…

My delivery was delivered to the wrong address, I pay for a subscription which I won’t be continuing with if my parcels are not being delivered to the correct address!
A telephone call to Royal Canin and they replaced my package and delivered it next day, great customer service thank you.

Delivey

I’m always notified when the delivery is due and Royal Canin keep me informed about my delivery.
My dog absolutely loves the biscuits and loaf packs and I know my BT is having a balanced diet.

Could not be more disappointed.

Phoned royal canin for advice regarding my dog having IBD and hydrolysed food. Lady on phone extremely rude not willing to listen only hearing her own voice. Abrupt and of no help. Very disappointed in company.

Left on doorstep

Please stop leaving parcels on the door step, where they can easily be stolen. There’s no point taking a picture to evidence it was left there!

People that care

People that care! Swift delivery and I love the questionnaire on the website where they suggest suitable food specifically for your dog. Brilliant. Excellent food, well prepared and my little Terrier loves it!!!

No more Canin, no more runs!

This was recommended by the kennels our dog came from. Perhaps they had an incentive. Poor things had the screaming s***s. Changed to Tesco own make. Now have happy dog and happy owner.
