Missing refund
I ordered a Christmas tree at the beginning of November, and it arrived as expected. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with the tree, which can happen.
They offer no assistance with returns, which is completely within the law, but it can be challenging when sending it back to the Netherlands – and it is a large tree. I found a solution and followed all their instructions (there are quite a few).
Now, three weeks after they have received it, I still have not seen my money or heard from them. I have contacted them several times – and no response. When I do get hold of someone, they simply tell me to contact the returns department – which does not reply!
