Excellent Quality and Value for Money

I looked at Royalcraft's website because I was looking for some dining chairs to match a Kettler glass topped dining table for which I had no chairs. Royalcraft customer services even sent me images of what they thought might match my furniture, after I sent them a request with some images of my own. They went above and beyond to assist me and I did order a pair of dining chairs which arrived yesterday and were really excellent quality for the price and a very good match. I have now ordered two more chairs. So I would highly recommend Royalcraft for their excellent customer service and quality products at a good price. The chairs arrived in a very large box and were well protected. There was some assembly to do in that I had to attach the legs, but that was very straightforward.

Experience was good overall.

Experience was good overall.
From buying to delivery, the only downside was having to put the 16 chair legs on.

Fast and friendly service

Fast and friendly service. We order the out side furniture on the Wednesday. Itcwas delivered on the Saturday.

The companies customer care team are…

The companies customer care team are brilliant. The issues i had with my items were resolved so quickly and the warehouse manager and staff also deserve a big pat on the back. I cannot fault the company.

The delivery was great and they placed…

The delivery was great and they placed the furniture in the garden. Overall a great choice, looks fab. Only issue is a fracture of the wood on one of the table legs. We await an email response from Royalcraft regarding this.

Very sturdy furniture

Very sturdy furniture. Cushions as to be expected. I think, however, the 3-seater sofa would benefit from a third (middle) set of legs as it is quite long. The wood looks a little ‘plastic’ but as to be expected for the price. I was very disappointed not to receive a cover. One of the four reviews attached to the advert mentioned it included a cover for the winter but the company adamantly said this review was not for this set of furniture. So why was it attached to the advert? Had a cover been included I may have given 5 stars!

Very happy with the folding rope table and chairs which matches a corner seating set that we bought last year from Royalcraft.

Delivered without any of the fixings

Delivered without any of the fixings - screws etc.
Replacements arrived in post a day later but still incomplete.
Sent pack for a 5 seater garden sofa instead of a 6 seater which I had ordered.
Could not enjoy my garden on a beautiful bank holiday weekend.
Very disappointing indeed!!!

Unfortunately one of the back rests was…

Unfortunately one of the back rests was missing. I wrote an email and no reply, then I called and was told that Georgina will call me back but no return call. I called again and then was advised that labels have been printed so assume the parts will be sent. Communications could be better.

29/08/2025, received the missing parts7 days later, however it was a bank holiday weekend. So happy now.
