I ordered a Fatboy for my daughter, and was promised delivery before 24th of december. Never heard from Royal Design after ordering, and have to call them. (Information about payment came very fast!) They promised again delivery before 24`th , but after 4 days an e-mail came from delivery: `27`th of december. Been waiting 70 minutes on the phone ....

I did buy a fatboy doggielounge from RoyalDesign. However, the product had a defect zipper. I did send a complaint to customer service, and provided them with photos etc. They just stop replying me. I told them that I would send a complaint to The Norwegian Consumer Council, but still no reply. The complaint is now sent. They are totally arrogant and not to be trusted again.

Bought a Le Creuset buffet casserole a couple of weeks ago - the price was excellent, the shipping was free, they had the pretty colours (I got volcanic), and it arrived well-packed within about a week. I have no complaints and will shop here again.

Could have had a smaller box but otherwise very happy with the order and delivery time. Would shop here again.

Just got of the phone with customerservice, after whaiting for 1,5 hours.
They could not tell me when my packet could be expected (allready waited over 2 weeks) and I couldnt cancel my order ore change the deliveryadress. Even tho they havent sent it yet. Someone is not getting theyr christmas presans for christmas.
I offcours have to buy new ones..
And I will have to return the products when they come and pay for it.
Lesson learned, will never use royaldesign again.

Perhaps my browser was the issue, but i was very dissatisfied by not being able to purchase directly at checkout. The option was there, but it did not work. I was forced to chose the invoice option.

Very good service, items arrived quickly and in good conditions. I could wish a more environmental friendly packaging (lots of plastic wrapping).

I still waiting for one of the items I ordered and I haven't heard a word from them

A major part of my order is not delivered as of 20th Oct. Order was placed in Sept. 22nd.

Next day an email was sent to me stating that estimate delivery was Oct 14th from supplier to Royal Design warehouse. As of today, I have not heard anything further about my order of the Provence pot set.

This is a gift I expect to give away on a home warming party on this coming Saturday.

I have not expect such an extended delivery date.

I had to call and ask where my package is.
It should be the other way round.

Ordered my goods 21.9.19 and the confirmation stated that the goods would be send within 1-4 days. It is now October 7th and nothing is here yet. Called them and they said the goods would come to their stock in Sweden 10.10, but another mail just send from them states that the goods are in their stock! Seems like they don't know what reality is, their response in mails are nonsense and automatic.
I am not at all happy with this.

Damaged products and no response on when it will be fixed

No complaints, quick good packaging beautiful products a bit expensive so better to buy on sale.

Very delayed delivery. I got my furniture after 2 and half months.Still waiting for chairs after almost 3 months.
Not happy how the color of bean bag turned out.. the color is way brighter in the catalog than the real deal which makes huge difference.

The delivery guys are arrogant with no help whatsoever . They dumped the whole lot of furniture on the street of maindoor and no help given to carry it inside despite pleading repeatedly as I was alone to receive the furniture.
