Excellent customer service and competitive prices

Having visited a number of the well known names in the business, we came across this gem of a business. They have a simple showroom with their tiles displayed outside(making it easier to browse) with a much better range than anywhere else we visited. They were great to deal with and we were delighted with the finished product. We dealt with a guy called Jain and and he was great! We can't recommend these guys enough!

We recently purchased 22m² of outdoor porcelain tiles here and could not be happier. The price was very good for top quality tiles. The sales guy is very knowledgeable, friendly, and not at all pushy. He really helped us to decide on the best fit for our needs. Look. The showroom needs a bit of investment but don't let that put you off. The service was outstanding. Delivery arrived in a couple of days and not a single damaged tile. Will certainly go back there for future needs. 👍

Absolutely fantastic company to deal with, ordered 35sq mtrs of porcelain outdoor tile and every tile was impeccable. Delivered to cork exactly when they said they would and the free delivery is an added bonus !! I would have no trouble recommending royal stones to friends and family. I purchased the Luna Off White Virtue Vitrified Porcelain Paving Slabs in late summer and had them laid in October. My tiler was excellent.I was very happy with the look and feel of the tiles when they were laid. The leaves on the nearby trees were falling and resting on the tiles and the garden was wet and a little mucky. When I tried to brush off the leaves I noticed the outline of some leaves and any mucky footprints were staining the tiles. I proceeded to wash the tiles with a firm brush head. The stains were still visible. I then power washed the tiles and most of the stains were removed but some remained visible. I contacted the Irish office who had been very prompt with all replies and given an excellent service. I wanted to let them know that I was very disappointed with the tiles given that the website was advertising the tiles as Ultra-Low water absorption rate provides Exceptional Stain Resistance (which means Minimal Maintenance). I was advised to apply a porcelain protection product when the tiles were clean and dry.
I am waiting until the Spring now to do this but I am not confident that the tiles will ever be clean enough now to get a good result. Very disappointed at this stage.

Purchased Indian sandstone for a patio from Royale Stones Ireland, and have to say the product was of top quality. The stone has a beautiful finish with a good variety of features and colours running through it. They were the most competitive on price, and the free delivery made for even better value.

I had been searching for a particular outdoor tile and found it at Royale Stone. I messaged the company out of hours and received a phone call that evening. I received my delivery within days of placing the order. Very happy with the tiles, beautiful product and highly recommend this company.
