Ella was extremely helpful and resolved registering my litter over the phone . I had followed the KC advice on timings for registering my litter but this potentially meant the litter wouldn’t be registered by the time they left me . Not ideal !!!

Ordered 10 'H' Regulation booklets and received 10 Record books in error. A total of 27 calls were made before I put in a random option number, and the call was answered.
I was informed that nobody mans the publication helpline, which meant the messages that I had left went unheard.
Extension numbers are not readily available on the KC Website, and the Customer Services number is no more than an automated main menu.
Given the recent Royal status and significantly increased costs for services, I feel that the member is valued less than ever

I was Lucky to have spoken to a truly lovely lady at the Kennel Club today, she was So Very helpful and even though I had So many forms to fill out on line she guided me through each & every form making my life so much easier than by trying to do it yourself.
If there were 6* she would have deserved more!
Unfortunately I did not ask her name but the Kennel Club should be proud to have her working for them.
Thank you so much for All your help.

The representative, Gloria, was so friendly, patient and helpful. She solved three different problems I was having in registering a dog in the UK, then transferring ownership to a US citizen and processing a request for an export pedigree.

I paid for a Petlog Reunite subscription and Transfer of Keepership for my registered assistance dog on 14 April 2026. Immediately after payment, my online account showed no registered pets. My existing cats disappeared from the system and the transfer did not process.
I contacted Petlog and was advised to clear my browser cache and try a different device. I followed this advice. It did not resolve the issue. I later identified that their website was displaying a system upgrade banner at the time, confirming the fault was on their end.
Despite this, the advice I received continued to suggest the problem was on my side.
I attempted to use their formal complaints process as directed in their correspondence. The online form did not function. It redirected me back to my dashboard without submitting my complaint.
I am a disabled person and the dog in question is my registered assistance dog. At no point during this process was my disability acknowledged or were any adjustments made to their standard procedures, despite me raising this directly in writing.
Their team confirmed in writing that they would contact me on 12 May 2026 regarding the transfer. No contact was made. I discovered the transfer had been completed only by checking my account myself on 14 May 2026, two days after their stated deadline.
It took a formal complaint and a letter before action before they agreed to resolve the matter.
The entire process took over five weeks for a service that should have been completed at the point of payment.
I would encourage any pet owner, particularly those with assistance dogs, to consider carefully whether this service is reliable enough to trust with something as important as microchip registration and reunification data.

Tried to submit puppy application of new litter. Nothing for 10 days. Then an email saying I haven’t paid my affix so they can’t register them. I check my bank. Yes I had paid like I do every year buy direct debit. Emailed to tell them. Nothing for 5 days so I rang them. On hold for 15 minutes. Got through to someone who checked and saw I had paid. Then on hold for 5 minutes. She then went through the litter to speed things up and recheck the names I wanted. We added the one that had been declined. I was greatful and she submitted info with paper work that I had paid for promised to come in 10 days. I have just checked them online and she has missed my AFFiX off one pup and now the paperwork will be wrong. Emailed twice to check - nothing. The pups are already 8 wks and 2 days old. Absolute joke. Only use because I have to.
