Easy to order and arrange delivery. The coins came in lovely presentations boxes, but first impression upon opening was that the coins were smaller than expected compared to other gold coins I had pur... See more

The Royal Mint website is incredibly easy and pleasant to order from. The prices are very competitive, the ordering process is smooth, and my order was delivered exceptionally quickly. Everything was handled perfectly from start to finish.
I’m very satisfied and would definitely order again. Highly recommended! 🇬🇧 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
In stock Delivery in 8 Working days .. Still waiting a Month later !!
I ordered 3 separate ..Solid Silver Pink Floyd Picks on 8th and 10th September, They were listed as in stock and delivery within 8 working days ( I have screen shot to prove this) Once paid for my Order page said Dispatching soon .. In Progress. It has remained like that since ordering .. It is Now 10th October and they still have not been dispatched. What is So Annoying is that you do not contact customers at all after accepting the Order, If you are having problems, Why don't you Email me and keep me informed ? It seems like Once You have My money, You are Not Bothered and Do not keep to the contract you entered into. Your Customer service is appalling. Instead of replying on here, that you are trying to improve. Why don't you ..Just Do It Try putting things right in the present and then learn for the future !!
I will Never Order from Royal Mint again
Someone there needs to sort this crap dispatch / delivery service out as these were ordered as Gifts .
Ordered the new 30th Anniversary silver Britannia, came well packaged and on time. Both email updates from Royal Mint and Royal Mail with tracking details. Great service.
Simple to order and excellent speed of delivery by Royal Mail. My only negative is that I’d like to get an email to say my order has been prepared or dispatched. In practice the items arrived very quickly but the first I knew about it was a Royal Mail message of intent to deliver.

Purchased for a family member that collects coins everything was well packaged, well presented and arrived on time thank you
order coin and dispatched and delivered quickly and coin was as described.
As a first time purchase, I was impressed through to delivery and was an absolute great service. I trusted it and received regular updates on dispatch and tracking and will use again for sure!
I ordered 3 of the Royal Mint proof mistery silver 1 oz coins.
They arrived promptly, very well packed. One related to Star Wars and whilst I am far from a Star Wars fan some of my family are and will appreciate them idc, I think.
Very pleased with the whole transaction.
A great range of products available.
If my request is a new product they let me know when it's despatched. A name to trust
The Royal Mint is one of the few institutions we have left that we can trust and know that their coin issues will have some genuine value. There are so many ‘mints’ that try to pass themselves off as respectable nowadays, try and appeal to ‘patriots’ on certain tv channels and even half suggest they are the Royal Mint. But for me it always has to be a real Royal Mint coin and not a mint with a hole in it.

Easy to choose what you want, delivery as planned
Attended The Royal Mint Experience (2nd Oct, 11am). Had an amazing visit, the tour was fantastic, our guide, I do apologise I’ve totally forgotten her name but I think it started with a J, was absolutely brilliant. It was just myself and my friend and another couple on the tour so she was able to really engage with all of us individually, she was a lovely lady. We then struck our own coins and then self guided around the wonderful museum at the end. I will definitely be back in the future.
I ordered from Royal Mint and received an empty package. The packaging showed clear signs of having been tampered with.
Royal Mint simply stated that there were “no signs of tampering” and refused to provide a refund or replacement, or even an explanation.
Not only did customer services entirely ignore me several times, even when escalating to the ‘headofcustomerservice’ email (which on their website says you will get a respond in 2 days) but their data protection team has also ignored me and is refusing to provide me with my data under GDPR after doing a subject access request.
Since they clearly have no issue at all breaking various laws, I am now having to waste even more time contacting my bank to report this and filing a report with the ICO.
Whilst it is time consuming, I would encourage others to do the same otherwise Royal Mint will keep thinking they are above the law.

The system to order online from the USA is still not functioning. One has to call the Mint in Great Britain directly to place an order. This is expensive and should be corrected. Your customer service once gotten is good.

Easy to order, Neatly packaged, Good product finish, On-time delivery.
Easy use of site when ordering.Delivery arrived earlier than forecast so no problem encountered
Easy to deal with and good communication
Ordered items were NOT delivered.
In the meantime Royal Mint stopped any response. Because of that, I had to get my money back via credit card.
After that, they wanted to investigate the whole case between 10 days.
And again: No communication or answers after 14 working days.
Royal Mint? Never again.
Their 'customer service'? One star is too much.

My experience with the Royal Mint I found seamless and reassuring.
The William Wyon Art Union Medal arrived exactly as described and in a very timely manor.
Thank you
I ordered £5000 of bullion a couple of months ago and even though the postal service - Jersey Post, has sent me an official confirmation that my parcel was lost in transit, The Royal Mint refuse to acknowledge this fact. Cheryl from the Royal Mint customer service team has advised me today that my parcel had been delivered. I have asked for a photo of my signature and a photo of the parcel when it was supposedly left at my door. But I have yet to have received any photographic evidence. I am APPALLED at this blatant disregard for their customers. I will never order from The Royal Mint again.
