I just finished the Food Hygiene course from Royal Open College and it was fantastic! The course is packed with information like food allergen, contamination, safe packaging, storage, safe catering services, nutritional values ect, and these are presented in a very straightforward way. Also, a real shoutout to my tutor, Phillip. Always ready to help, he made the tricky bits easy to get my head around. His passion for the subject was infectious and made learning much more enjoyable. Only if the infographics were downloadable I would give it a 5-star review.

I recently completed a course at Royal Open College and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with the course materials. The course covered all the topics in detail and was very informative. Their guidance was invaluable and allowed me to better understand the material.
