Great games, but withdrawals can be frustrating

However, the experience changed a bit when I tried to withdraw. My payout stayed “under review” for quite some time and I had to go through extra KYC checks, even though I had already verified my account earlier. Waiting and not getting clear updates from support was honestly quite stressful.
Another thing that surprised me was the 3x wagering requirement on deposits before you can withdraw. I didn’t realise that at first, so it felt a bit confusing when I tried to cash out.
