I was playing I had £400 win after a while it went to £46 unbelievable robbed plain sight stupid casino

Something is not right here .. I don’t think it’s possible to win here and no matter how many times I ask them to close my account they never do it … something not right

Casino didnt follow law and didnt verify my documents before I opened account and made deposits for around 500 pounds but as soon as I try to withdraw 100 pounds they made my life harder and harder .

I’ve been online gaming for some time. Royal vincit is beyond the worst I have ever come across. I had a 5400 euro win which wasn’t paid nor was the bet refunded. What’s laughingly called support failed to find it but offered me 150 euros as compensation. In their messages they used language like stop bothering me it’s futile!! The worst was playing coin volcano I had 1180 in the bank and unbelievably it dropped to 50 euros in one spin. I couldn’t not believe my eyes - zero support help. I honestly believed I was seeing things. Please learn from me and avoid this site like the plague - it was daylight robbery and they should be utterly ashamed of themselves

Terrible rtp, layout it confusing and hard to navigate and don’t expect to ever be verified. Oh and they’ll also ignore any requests to close the account so they can continue to prey on the vulnerable. Stay away!
