Royaura is just another of joke of an Internet company. Don't buy anything from them. Takes forever to get an item and the quality sucks. Buyer beware.

I had never ordered from Royaura before. When I went on the site there is so much choice. When the shirts arrived they were good quality. The only issue for me is that the short sleeved pull over ones seemed to come up smaller than actual size. That said Customer Service have been great and very supportive

The number one issue I had was that the product description said the shirt material was cotton and when it arrived it was polyester. Please know they hired a good photographer & models. They made their products look better than what I received. Also please know the items shipped from China. I also did not receive the customer care I expected when I complained. As always, BUYER BEWARE. Just because CNN accepts their adds, doesn't mean you should not do your due diligence.

When I ordered the shirts I was given an estimated time for the package to arrive, about one week. After over one week, the website said the shirts hadn't been shipped yet, that they weren't yet at the store. I told them to cancel the order, but they wouldn't, stole my money, and went dark. It's a scam.

I have purchased several shirts from Royaura . They all arrived in a timely fashion . I have no issues with any of my shirts and get compliments every time I wear one . I was unsure how the sizes run so I ordered one size larger . They all fit and hang well , and easy to care for . I love my Royaura shirts .

Bought shirts and they were too big. Tried to return them and it was hard to get a response. After a few attempts they finally agreed to the return. Cost me $18 that they won't reimburse. Two weeks later still have no money back. Will now contact my credit card company.

If they offered a ZERO that would be my review. One cannot communicate with them via phone or email. They are made in China, folks. Forget expedited shipping. I had several shirts on order but I wanted them to allow ME to pay for Next Day air or 5 day expedited shipping but NO.. they have NO way to even allow you request that. Stay away from these clowns pretending to be retailers.

Their Customer Service SUCKS! I order 4 shirts and one of the 4 did not have a hem on the sleeve. I have tried for weeks now to contact the company for a return and have had ZERO response. I recommend never buying a shirt from this company has they have NO care for customer support or service!!!!

The website is great, I put 5 shirts in my basket. I loved the retro and some of the floral Hawaiian shirt designs. Just to be safe I tool 4 shirts out of the basket and tried to test just one. Thank God I did! Shipping took a while, close to 2 weeks (which I had to pay for) and when the shirt arrived I was deeply disappointed. They advertised 100% cotton, the shirt I received was some kind of polyester that felt like a tent flap. My wife loved it on me at first then told me it looked cheap like a "halloween costume". I am, glad I didnt order more. I would never buy anything again from them.

This company is a scam, very poor quality material and got delivered very late.

Received the shirt way late, did not it was coming from CHIIIINA - I wouldn't have bought it! It came in a bag wrinkled so I threw it in the wash and took it out and it was still wrinkled. Washed it on cold too! Fabric was supposed to be natural, but felt like hard polyester. Instructions, what there was, wash cold, light iron, air dry. Recommend Professional Dry Cleaning! Really no one does that anymore! Piece of shit company and liar's! Do not buy from

This company sent me the completely wrong order. I ordered shorts that are advertised as 100% cotton and what they sent me was swim wear, 100% polyester which I'm allergic to plus a childs size then when I asked about a refund they told me to donate the item to a person in need...The first time I placed and order it took a month and a half and I personally never did receive it. Unbelievable business practices. I do not recommend this company, bad business, bad quality bad customer service.

It took 3 weeks to receive 3 shirts. The material was cheap and sizing did not conform to US standards. The 2x was more like a large. Returns have to be sent back to China. Good luck. Their site gives the impression of a large, organized company, but is not. Would never order again. Giving the shirts to a homeless shelter

This clothing site is a joke. Purchased 3 pairs of pants for my husband and they do not fit. Followed all the return instructions and absolutely no response from them! Emailed half a dozen times and no response. Do not order from these people!!!

Purchase and delivery went smoothly. It’s the shirt itself, and how it is presented online, that is the problem. The website says the shirt is linen, made from 100% natural fiber. That’s a lie! The label on the shirt says nothing about the material used. The material feels like very stiff polyester - there is no way that this is natural linen. Do not purchase from this scam company.

This company is a Chinese scam! I ordered 4 shirts and they fit me poorly. The accompanying paperwork says to go to their website to request return authorization but there is no way to do that on the site. I have tried to email them 3 times - no response. I discovered a WhatsApp number for their customer service online, but it goes to their voicemail- and the mailbox is full!

I never received the shirt, yet they charged me for it with Afterpay. I ordered this many weeks ago.

Do not buy from this company. Attempting to exchange product, but need to pay additional shipping. Have paid this cost, but they deny receiving payment, even after sending them copies of payment details twice.
