Perfect service from Valentin and the team. Sadly the products didn't quite suit our needs but Royfort went out of their way to send an alternative pillow option and were very accommodating with the returns.

I came across this company using specific key words on Google… random.. but what a find! I ordered two pillows, one medium one soft as I was t sure which would suit me or my husband best. The medium was perfect, lovely and plump with enough ‘melt into-ness’ about it. Hubby was jealous and didn’t like the soft so I emailed to ask if I could swap and they couldn’t be more obliging and courteous.
The pillows aren’t cheap but you absolutely get what you pay for including the service.
