Paid £22.90 for a necklace to give as a Christmas present. Product was cheap and broke instantly. Emailed the company well within the 14 day period to request a refund on 26 December 2025, but no acknowledgement or reply has been received. Terrible products and customer service. AVOID.
I have waited almost a month for a delivery that has not come,the traking number does not exsistand and they will not give me a refund dispite emailing them numourous times. They keep telling me that it is in transit and suck at nantgarw sevice for yodal. That is since the begining of june. The amount is only £14.95 but I cannot aford to loose the money. The email I reciecved today tells me that they are willing to give me a partial refund, or send another product out that I know will not arrive. I do not think this is right. I think I have been scammed.
