The company has office in North and West Kent and has a strong geographical spread and in depth local knowledge. The Land team works closely with several Local Authorities, Housing Associations, other public bodies, charities, private companies and private land owners providing a wide range of development consultancy and land agency services. Our New Homes team is instructed by a wide range of national and smaller local developers to market and sell properties at numerous new homes developments throughout the region.

Marketing & sales of a development of 9 new houses

RPC recently marketed and sold a development of 9 new houses for us. The service they provided was second to none. Their staff were highly knowledgeable and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. From the initial marketing, through to completion of the plot sales, RPC kept us informed of progress at every step. They diligently followed up with agents and solicitors to ensure the progress of each sale stayed on track. We would highly recommend RPC's services and would not hesitate to work with them again in the future.

We have been using RPC for many years…

We have been using RPC for many years now for both purchasing land and selling our new builds and find them very professional in all aspects of the business. They are also very friendly and easy to deal with.
