to be fair, i thought i'd spare some money buying from this site, so i bought a Zoe skin and the battle pass for a total of €17, well, turns out after almost two weeks they gave me only the zoe skin and they didn't even refund the money spent on the pass, i basically paid Star guardian Zoe €17, at this point i could have bought it at only €11 in the shop. I tried to ask help through customer service but everytime i tried their website caused an error and wouldn't let me send the request through, i had to write at their mail and my messages would still get ignored.
