From the moment, he rang to introduce himself, I knew I was in safe hands, he took the time to listen to my concerns was quick to pick up what had happened and what needed to happen. After a poor experience with a different solicitor my hope of completing on my house purchase seemed a pipedream until Nathan took over, thanks to him we completed in a week. He went above and beyond to complete the purchase even when at times there were many hurdles to overcome. He put my aims first but was made me aware of potential hurdles upfront, he kept me informed at all stages of the process and what to expect, if he said he was going to come back to me he always did and kept me posted. Safe to say he restored my faith and made mine and my daughters Christmas. Thank you Nathan if we sell or buy again we would definitely be working with Nathan.
