The dumbbell set is great. I’ve noticed that the adjustable bench could be longer on the backrest side and it would be nicer if the seat part was a little narrower. Particularly when doing incline exercises I’ve found I don’t have enough support for my head.

I’m very happy with this dumbbells.. very compact and saves a lot of space. One thing to consider when buying is the dimensions of the dumbbells - they are longer then average dumbbells so you have to get use to them for some exercises like incline dumbbell curl. Otherwise - love them

Good products. The bundle was great value for money. The weights are easy to use and to change the load. A bit bulky to use on the smaller weights but there is a good range. The bench is very good, easy to assemble and change the position it's in. A bit hard to store folded up as the wheels on one side would get it to roll. But overall very good
