Shady letting agents.
RPMS nor landlord used the Deposit Protection service as stated in the contract.
Confirmation from all three protection services that it has never been protected.
I have a signed letter with RPMS stating they will pay to close this issue.
And I can see my previous poor reviews have been deleted.
What else does RPMS hide?

New tenancy
I can’t recommend RPMS highly enough. Katie took care of everything for me, and was very thorough, nothing was too much trouble and she was always professional. Everything went through quickly to allow me to take a rental property tenancy with ease.
Sandra also had some input and was also very professional and polite.
A young man met me on the day of signing with the keys, and it was a simple and smooth transition.

Very friendly and professional staff
Very friendly and professional staff. Always gave me plenty of notice about property visits or work going on in the building via text message. Any repairs to the flat were done the same day that I contacted the maintenance team. Received my full deposit back when I left and they even let me know that I'd forgotten to cancel my standing order, and returned the amount the same day. Cannot fault. A very positive rental experience, which makes a change! Thank you to all the staff at RPMS.
