The downside, the EV charger cable i received was damaged, which was not shown in the ad photos.
Fortunately, the engineer's where able to repair it, ohterwise i would have sent it back.

I ordered engine
I ordered engine, that had an hidden defect. seller refuse this defect and says it`s delivery fault. I spent 275 eur for fixing defect and don`t want to return the whole engine, but just compesation for elimination of the defect.

Broken return system and zero customer support!
I am trying to return an item from Ireland. The courier has already arrived but left without the package because your system generates a completely broken return label link that shows a server error "Отсутствует параметр url". Your chat bot and social media accounts are useless and keep sending me automated links to a non-existent file. I am stuck with a parcel and no support. Please manually email me a working PDF return label immediately!
