HORRIBLE! We are being robbed! I ordered twin Avatar babies. Eyes open boy and girl silicone bodies 16 inches or bigger with details and a tail and they send me 2 very average looking and feeling baby dolls with not nearly enough details or silicone body or even real outfits on them as well and when i ask for my dolls I ordered all Jason from RSG can offer is a 20 percent refund. People are ordering the dolls to look like a real baby! And thats what i paid for otherwise i would just go get a cheapey doll at walmart in a kids aisle. Terrible. I feel bad for anyone who doesnt find this.

Disgusting doll
Doll quality is horrible. Skin started peeling and hair fell out within a week. Looks nothing like the picture. This $150 doll probably only costed them $10 to make. This is complete robbery and a scam. Do NOT buy from this place. After a lot of back and forth emails and them refusing to refund the full amount, I had to dispute with my credit card company. The clothes arrived ripped and when we asked them to send another and specifically told them not to send the same one, they sent the same one. Horrible company do not buy from them.

Adding another negative review
Adding another negative review. I'm pretty sure the dolls pictured are real babies, not the ones they actually send. My daughter bought this doll with her own money. It looks nothing like the picture and it is very cheaply made. They keep offering to credit 10% or 20% if I keep the doll (their return policy states they offer easy returns for up to 90 after the shipped date). I keep telling them no, I want to return it. They keep beating around the bush and not letting me return the $150 doll we bought that looks like at $25-$30 doll. I have an Ashton and Drake doll made of the "same" material, silicone vinyl, and its quality blows this one out of the park. And it cost the same amount. I'm so mad because my 9 year old used her own money to buy this doll, and now shes out the money because they refuse to let me return the doll. Furious. THey should be banned from selling dolls.

This company should have trade restrictions to Australia. Zero customer service. I ordered December 2024 it's now march 2025 and I am still waiting fir my $284 order tyat was my daughters Xmas present @!! Countless emails later amd I'm told follow up with courier.... pardon me? How about rsgdolls chases the courier? Everyone here complaining about this company I hope the time is equally spent reporting yo ACCC to restrict trade to our shores this is appalling. I jyst want my money back they won't do it. It's not even marked delivered it's marked as sitting somewhere else all this time. But that's my problem apparently as was having to find money to purchase a gift for my child when this did not arrive om time. Disgusting do not purchase from this company unless you can afford to throw money into the wind.

How I wish I'd done better research before ordering from rsgdolls. The doll I received has no resemblance to the doll I ordered. Do not be fooled by the website's photos of beautiful infants. I'm convinced they are real infants pictured, not dolls! The doll shipped is literally scary looking. How I wish this site allowed me up share my photos. When I reached out to customer service, I got a response stating they would work on a "satisfactory solution" followed by nothing since.

Definitely a knock off. Pictures taken from other sites and what you receive is equivalent to a $40 reborn that I have bought off of Amazon. Doll is cute but not what you have expected to receive. I did get the correct clothes I ordered with the doll. So if you are looking for a more authentic and official reborn this is not the site.

Fake images on the website are sold as what you will buy
I bought my granddaughters some twin silicone babies and a single doll for the other one. When they arrived we were shocked to have paid so much for the fake looking babies. I tried to post the picture but I wasn’t able too.

I ordered a doll for my granddaughter that she picked. A doll came and it wasn’t when close to the one we ordered. My granddaughter was devastated. They offered to give me 10% back and said it’s what we ordered. It 1000% wasn’t. We ordered a soft body newborn baby and we received a tiny doll who looks like an elf! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! They do not care they devastated a 6 yr old! Pathetic!

I didn’t receive the item at all. Customer service said they would give me a 20% discount on my order of the doll I didn’t receive if I ordered it again!! How idiotic is that!! If that’s their policy, they should require a signature upon delivery, not a picture taken in a common doorway of a public building!! Horrific business practice!

So, RSG Dolls requested that I contact them, so I did. They results, just a longer reply to their original reply.
So, I went to file my complaint with the BBB. The rating for their company is AWFUL, truly, and professionally AWFUL. I see why they continue to conduct their business as they do.
Like a person with bad credit, if you threaten to place a negative rating on their credit report, the response is go ahead.
Well, this has taught me to always check rating with the BBB, before doing business with a business online for the first time.
I’m also looking into what I need to do to file a class action lawsuit against RSG Dolls, and Reborn Doll Shop. I will keep this information updated.

I ordered two dolls for my daughter’s in November, I never received them, the carrier they used delivered my package to the wrong address,took a picture of my package in the hallway of the wrong address and I still haven’t received any help with a refund or replacement of my package…. This is ridiculous and unprofessional very much so unprofessional no one is trying to help. They keep telling me to get proof from the carrier when there’s proof in the picture under my order never again when I order from this company or recommend anyone to do so.
