Refused to honor crypto discount
I have bought from them before and never had an issue before now. The representative over chat seemed to not know what was going on beyond what was given directly to him, so there was no way to appeal instead he just argued until I was worried he would disappear in game world. Afterwards he gave me a link for feedback that linked to a different RuneScape gold provider, which created its own set of issues since I didn’t notice until after.
