I took my car in for rear quarter and rear bumper damage and to have my front bumper refitted

They fixed it the same day I went to pick it up and it was a mess they thought I was going to look at it in the dark and rain so we got it in the garage and dryed it and it was a big mess the paint was still wet it had runs in the paint and orange peel and bits in the paint and overspray all in wheel arch and the dent was still there an the bumper was on there worse than I brought it in

They told me to take it and bring it back the next day and made me pay when I shouldn’t so I did took it back the next day and I pointed out what I didn’t like again and they said to me that the overspray will come off when I drive down the road and I said it won’t then rob come over and said I will put that dent back in it for you and you can take it like that so unprofessional in the end they agreed to sort it and I picked it up and it’s still no better I gave them the car as long as they want so I have to take it somewhere else for a proper garage to sort it as rob told me it’s a 3 foot repair when it don’t say that anywhere

RS Scuff'N'Buff were easy to use from the outset. Everyone is very polite and friendly and make time for you. From the time of my arrival, I was with someone looking at the damage within 2 minutes, and went away a few minutes later with a detailed quote, and a booking for the following week.
Taking my car in was easy, and I duly received a call at the time promised to say that the car was ready for collection. I'm very happy with the result, and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

From the first enquiry Jane and Rob and their staff provided a friendly professional service. They were very accommodating when I needed to change the date and the actual repair was so quick and conveniently carried out in a few hours. Happy with the paint work to the front and back of our BMW and although hope will not need too... will happily use them again and recommend them.
