I used R&S who were recommended to me after an attempted break in one night.
Richard came around that day, I was impressed with his attitude, knowledge and attention to detail, he put together a plan and a quote that day.
Soon after the installation was underway, by a very professional team, who were respectful to myself and my home.
They were all extremely knowledgeable and when finishing explained everything in great detail, going over the app and how to use the alarm and cctv system.
This was 3 years ago and I have a maintenance visit every year, anytime I have an issue they come around the same day, what an excellent service, who provide peace of mind if anything goes wrong.

We have used R& S Security for a few years now, initially, to maintain our old system and recently for a new system. They are honest, reliable and friendly and I strongly recommend them.

From requesting the quote to installation everything went smoothly. Everyone involved were prompt, very helpful and professional. When Nathan did the installation of the upgrade, he explained everything simply for us and sorted out setting up the software on our devices. We have used this company for many years and would'nt consider using anyone else.

They were quick to come out and give us a quote and quick to get is an installation date. The engineers were helpful and worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves

This is the second time we have used R&S from initial first visit to completion just perfection. Very professional, efficient and friendly. Richard came to quote and advise. His expertise on security stood out. The quote and detailed map etc was soon with us. Ben and Warren were the guys who installed our alarm and door bell system. Always respectful and professional. The job was soon complete. All cleaning done and then Ben guided us through the app. All in all a perfect job from start to finish. Would definitely recommend R &S.
