We asked Deepak of RS Web Studios to have a couple of errors fixed on an existing working plugin and $2600 later he was still telling me I needed to pay more which is far more than if we'd just had the plugin built from scratch !!
Then when we had an issue with the plugin Deepak completely ignored our messages and washed his hands of us.
Extremely frustrating to pay so much for something and then get absolutely no support whatsoever!
Unfortunately it's completely put us off using Indian web developers !!

→ Jul 30, 2025 – You provided a 5-star review, expressing full satisfaction with the work.
→ Jul 30, 2025 – I also shared positive feedback based on our collaboration at that time.
These records reflect that throughout the entire period of our work together, communication remained professional and positive, and the project concluded with full satisfaction on both sides.
The work completed on your project included 91 hours of development, all of which were fully approved in advance. I always maintain transparency with my clients, and I never proceed with—or charge for—any work without clear prior agreement.
When I began working on your plugin, the system was already in a very challenging condition due to multiple developers having modified it without consistent coding standards. This was not a simple plugin; it was a large, interconnected system with thousands of lines of code across multiple files. Only the main homepage form was functioning correctly at the start—other forms were already broken before my involvement.
Months after the original engagement ended, you returned with issues that appeared simple but, after thorough analysis, were found to be caused by deep structural problems within the core logic. These were not quick fixes, and resolving them correctly required a full plan of action and significant redevelopment time. Without your approval of this necessary plan and scope, I could not proceed responsibly.
I was fully ready to continue supporting you, but since you did not agree to the required technical approach, it was not possible to move forward. At that point, the appropriate option would have been to engage another company if you preferred a different solution. Instead, the technical recommendations were met with frustration, even though they accurately reflected what was needed to repair the system safely and effectively.
Mutual respect is important in any professional relationship. When a developer provides an honest assessment and recommends the technically correct path, it should not lead to blame simply because the required effort is greater than expected.
I stand by the quality of the work delivered, the fairness of my approach, and the professionalism maintained throughout our collaboration. If you choose to move forward in the future with a clear and agreed plan, I remain open to assisting in any way I can.
