After showing that the wrong prices are on the site by means of a screenshot, I was more accused of it being my fault than of being helped with it, so in short, very poor customer servers and no one else who can do anything with it

Thank you for pointing this out and sharing the screenshot. I’m sorry if our earlier response came across the wrong way — that was never our intention.
The issue you experienced is related to caching in incognito browsers. It’s a purely visual problem: the checkout page always shows the correct, up-to-date price. Our developers are already working on a fix so this won’t happen again in incognito mode.
In the meantime, please note that in your regular browser (non-incognito) you’ll always see the most recent and correct pricing right away.

I’m sorry there was a delay with your order delivery.
Your payment was flagged by our risk management system because it showed some unusual details: the Google Pay account was registered in Finland, while the payment location appeared as France, and the collection attempt was made from an Estonian IP. As a new customer, this looked unusual to us.
Since you preferred not to go through our verification process, we proceeded with a full refund instead. That’s why no gold was delivered.
I hope this clarifies the situation, and thank you for your understanding.
