Like some others, I read RT diagnostic reviews & panicked. I booked a Day 5 test to release with them and really needed the results back in the "promised 24 hours". I posted my test on Wednesday around 1pm and received my negative day 5 result back at 11pm on the Thursday night (well under the 24 hours from receiving the sample). I'm not sure if this is because I rang them, emailed & facebooked messaged to ensure they knew the urgency - but either way they delivered for me. The only reason I've taken off 1 star is because you have to wait on hold for ~2 hours before someone will answer your call, but once they do, I do feel they get it sorted. Overall a good experience.

Dreadful - just dreadful. I had some confusion when trying to book for 2 people at once. Emailed requesting clarification. When I finally received an answer, it was just a referral to an opaque, unclear web page. Finally worked it out for myself.

The tests themselves are shambolic. The instrructions are unclear and quite different to those you are presented with when you register the test online. The software is glitchy and unfit for purpose.

My wife and I took Day 2 test on that day and posted the envelopes before midday. I received my results on Day 7 and my wife on Day 9.

A useless, just absolutlely useless company.

Day 8 test for me came back on Day 11 and my wife is yet to receive her results, 22 days after the test was posted.

May I have a refund, please !

Dreadful. Took about 4 days to get Day 2 result and another 4 days to get Day 8. Uncontactable directly, in spite of giving a phone number and email. My automatic call-back rang 147 times and then I was on hold till I had virtually no money left on my phone. I can't recommend them.

Tests arrived for 2,5,8 days in good time.
Day 2 took over 24 hours in mail, result took 36 hours from arrival.
Test to release day 5 took over 24 hours in mail, result arrived 6pm day 9 😠. Had to rearrange family gatherings.
Day 8 test result due within the next three hours to satisfy 24 hour guarantee, not hopeful.
Not a single response to email. Spent 2x45 mins on the phone and never spoken to anyone, nor been able to leave a message. Have to be lucky to get a ringing tone, 99% of time line is busy.
Avoid this company.

Outstanding service ordered Day 2 and Day 8 kit. My kit arrived on time. I didn't receive the results, so I called rt diagnostics and after 1 hour on the phone, I spoke to Shaz and he guided me through the registration process, as I had not followed the instructions correctly for registration. I got the result of the test the same day. Thank you Shaz and Rt Diagnostics.

Waste of money!
Today is my 9th day of my quarantine and I haven’t received yet the result from my test to release (day 5)
regardless my follow up calls and mails

My tests arrived on time, day 2 result after 48 hrs of posting. Day 5 TTR after 48 hours of posting too. I’m happy with the service, thank you

Ordered tests two weeks before I travelled, both arrived prior to travel. Submitted day 2 at 1pm on day 2 and followed the instructions. Result notification emailed to me on day 3 at 11pm. Instructions could probably be clearer but my experience was good.

Received test 2 and 8, did day 2 test and posted. Three days later still no results, no response from emails, messages and phone constantly engaged. Awful company DO NOT USE

I ordered 2&8 day test on 6th of June and still didn’t receive the test. I tried to contact them over the email,help centre and over the phone no response.Very disappointing
