The withdrawal process is very poor.

The withdrawal process is very poor.
For regular accounts (non-VIP), you can only withdraw up to $500 per day, and it takes up to 5 working days to process. Including weekends and holidays, it can take up to a week and a half just to receive your first withdrawal, which is unreasonable.
I had $1500, and it took me an entire month to withdraw all the money.

I have been playing on this casino for…

I have been playing on this casino for over 1.5 years, and I have even reached VIP level in the past. Unfortunately, my experience with bonus handling has been consistently negative.

I recently deposited during a weekend promotion that clearly offered a 50% casino bonus, but the bonus was never credited, despite meeting all the requirements.

Live chat was unavailable at the time, so I couldn’t report the issue immediately. By the time I received a response via email, I had already started playing. I was then told that the bonus could not be added anymore — even though the issue was clearly on their side.

What is especially concerning is that I was told that when I was a VIP player, these kinds of issues could be resolved, but now they “cannot do anything.” This clearly shows inconsistent and unfair treatment depending on player status.

This is not the first time this has happened. I have missed out on bonuses multiple times due to their errors, which I have never experienced at other casinos.

Instead of resolving the issue, they offered to apply the bonus to a future deposit, which is not an acceptable solution.

After being a loyal player for over 1.5 years and depositing significant amounts, this experience has completely destroyed my trust.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious. I will also be sharing this experience on Casino Guru.

However, I would like to clarify that I have already contacted your live chat, as you suggested. Unfortunately, your agents informed me that they are unable to assist with this issue and advised me to contact support via email instead.

This is exactly the problem I am facing – I am being redirected between different support channels without receiving any actual resolution.

I have already contacted support via email as well, including your complaints department, but I have either received generic responses or no response at all.

This situation is very frustrating, and it further confirms my concern about the lack of effective support.

Further update (April 16, 2026
After their public reply, I contacted live chat again as suggested. Once again, I was told that they cannot assist with this issue and that I should contact support via email.

This clearly contradicts their public response, where they claim that live chat would help resolve the issue.

At this point, it appears that the assistance offered publicly is not genuine, as no actual solution has been provided through any support channel.

Won a bet on the site and they immediately limited my bet amount and withdrawal along with banning me from any promotional offers. Never had such an experience. Easily the worst betting site I have ever used. Stay well away they are crooks.

Rt Bet is the worst app you can use. Bots attend to their live chat -give all sorts of excuses for delays. A deposit takes seconds or withdrawal takes seconds to reflect in your RT Bet account but a withdrawal can take a week or more. What an unproffessional platform

Bad experience

Hello Trustpilot Compliance Team,
I am submitting a formal complaint regarding RT Bet and what I believe to be deliberate and systematic misconduct.
RT Bet is intentionally delaying my withdrawal requests without valid justification. Furthermore, they removed my account status without any prior notice or explanation. This action was clearly taken to prevent me from withdrawing a larger amount of money that I had legitimately won under their own terms and conditions.
These actions appear to be part of a broader pattern of player manipulation. Instead of processing my payout, RT Bet continuously attempts to push me back into gambling by offering various bonuses and incentives. This behavior strongly suggests an intention to make players lose their winnings rather than allowing withdrawals.
I consider this conduct deceptive and potentially fraudulent. Arbitrary removal of player status, unexplained payout delays, and psychological pressure through bonuses raise serious concerns about RT Bet’s compliance with fair gambling practices and consumer protection regulations.
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I am prepared to escalate my complaint further, including contacting relevant gambling regulators and sharing my experience publicly to warn other players.
I request that Trustpilot investigate this issue and take appropriate action.

I thought I had seen bad customer…

I thought I had seen bad customer service until the moment I contacted the live support of RTBET. This was absolutely horrible, probably the worst website and customer service I have experienced in my life.

They are constantly sending me emails saying that I have a free bet with no deposit, to contact the live chat and claim it.

Well, I logged in, I was waiting for more than half an hour on the live chat for them to tell me that the offer was not available for me after all.

Update: they over promised to get me to give them another chance and totally under delivered. Same old nonsense.

Do yourself a favour and stay away. Their payouts are intentionally slow (3 day policy and capped amounts?!). Their VIP program is subpar.

Their internal systems and processes are disorganized and their chat support can be painfully slow.

Further update: laughable response. I gave you my info when it was asked for in response to my post. Your VIP manager, Max, also emailed me back to let me know my account closure is in process… Does everything take forever or just payouts?

For the past three weeks, I keep getting the same response by email that the “appropriate department” is still reviewing my case. They blocked my account only after I had 4,000 PLN to withdraw :) So far, I haven’t received any money, and I can’t even log into my account. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this casino. I hope I can get my money back — I deposited around 1,500 PLN and won 4,000, and now I have nothing. I’ll wait a little longer for their response, but I’m planning to report this to the appropriate authorities and the licensing body for this casino.

Responsible gambling

After I asked several times in the chat to close my account in order to protect myself, I ordered an irrevocable account closure by e-mail. Regardless of this, the casino should have closed the account to protect me from further damage. This was deliberately not done. Since then, a further 510 euros have been deposited. According to their own rules, the account must be closed within 24 hours after such a request, but this did not happen.
