Just what I wanted..
I'm an averagely fit 75year old who does go to the gym 2 or 3 times a week but want to have a home routine for when that isn't possible so I ordered a pair of 5kg dumbbells. I chose RubberDumbells because their product looked good (and it is!) but also because I think they are made in the UK. A very fair price too. Delivered promptly and well packaged, only the plastic tape was not recyclable. Would highly recommend.

When placing an order, it says goods despatched in 24 hours, it took nearly 3 weeks, tried contacting customer services with no response. managed to get someone to answer on live chat, he promised to get delivered on specific day, still delivery didn’t come. Near 3 weeks for delivery….very poor service!!

I'm sorry to hear you've had a bad experience while shopping with us.
We've had an extremely busy start to the year and orders have been delayed. We're a relatively small privately owned business and as such we don't have a huge team to pull on in the rare cases where we do see a large amount of orders, so the team were left working 7 days a week to fulfill all orders.

Been a terrible experience..
Been a terrible experience. Firstly delivered the dumbbells 2 weeks after the proposed date which when your expecting a pallet isn’t great.
Once the pallet arrives, there are no nuts and bolts with the delivery so the stand couldn’t be put together, ordered my own bolts as didn’t want to wait another two weeks for a delivery from them.
Put the stand up to then see that the stand doesn’t fit any of the weights on it correctly as in they won’t even rest on the stand at all forget about flush! So I’m either missing more parts than I originally thought or the “new version” of the stand is rubbish.
been a terrible experience, won’t be using them again.
