From our understanding, there was more waste than expected, which wasn’t fully captured in the pictures.

Our crew did try to assist with the additional load, and we offered a solution with an extra fee for the increased waste. I understand that this wasn’t ideal for you, and I regret that it led to frustration.

We’ll be reviewing our process to ensure accurate assessments moving forward, and I sincerely hope we can provide a more seamless experience if you choose to use us again.
