Had a good experience with Rubbish Taxi. They were very efficient, friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend their services.

Excellent company, extremely efficient and never fails to deliver. Always on time and no job is ever too small, they are one of a kind. Excellent lads and Valeiry is a very courteous person. I would highly recommend.

Booked an Apartment clearance last week for today. Easy to obtain a quote on the web site and booking was confirmed efficiently with a 2 hour window. Two great guys arrived 30 mins into the 2 hour window and professionally and quickly removed 3 beds/mattresses and a 3 pce suite from a 2nd flour apartment (with lift). The price quoted was agreed and it was roughly 50% less than all the other quotes.

I would definitely recommend this company. They answer all questions very promptly via WhatsApp. They arrived on time, were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Where in and out in no time, very professional. It was a house and yard clearance. Nothing was a problem for them. The price was very good. Much cheaper than other companies. I used Rubbish Taxi recently to completely clear out the contents of a garage. I had originally considered hiring a skip and doing the job myself with a friend (if I could a willing volunteer). However when I looked more closely at the volume of ‘junk’ stuff to be removed, I realised it would be a mammoth task for DIY.

I searched for companies who would provide a turnkey service such that they would handle everything in a single job. An important criteria was that they would have a current waste disposal permit for the various types of ‘junk’ that had accumulated in the garage over 40 years! The eponymous Rubbish Taxi company seemed to be just who I needed.

After an exchange of WhatsApp msgs & emails (they wouldn’t communicate by phone), I was able to booked them with one day’s notice, and a specified 2-hour timeslot. The truck, with two very pleasant guys, arrived on time and immediately started clearing everything out of the garage. Nothing was too much trouble, large or small, heavy or light, solid or decrepit. They would ask me about any item for which they wanted to double-check that I really wanted it dumped. They removed everything and filled their truck in under an hour, all done very efficiently.

The cost is made up of a fixed call-out charge, a specific per-item charge for certain goods (e.g. mattresses), and a weight-based charge for everything removed. The weight is measured by a meter in the truck. VAT @ 13.5% was added to the bill, and payment was made on-site with debit/credit card.

I was very happy with the prompt, courteous, and efficient service provided. And, when I saw the amount of ‘junk’ removed and the physical effort it required, I was glad I had opted to get it done by ‘professionals’. Given my age /generation I’d have preferred to be able to talk by phone to the company when making arrangements. However the email/WhatsApp comms were manageable and responses were always prompt.
I’ve no hesitation in giving 'Rubbish Taxi' 5 stars.

Fantastic service and a nice driver Maris who gently helped me to take out all my rubbish

Super fast and great service: ordered a collection on Sunday evening, got all my rubbish collected Monday morning. Friendly driver helped to bring all the stuff to the car.
Highly recommend for a fast removal.

Van arrived at the agreed time with 2 very helpful and friendly staff. Furniture removed in minutes and was able to pay the driver by Card. Communications via WhatsApp, to arrange pick up and quote worked very well. Would use this service again

Contacted rubbish taxi on Wednesday to arrange a collection for Friday. I messaged them and they were back to me very quickly. First thing Friday morning the stuff was collected. I will definitely be using rubbish taxi again. Fantastic service!

Absolutely great and high value service. Emailed got a quote and arranged everything with Valeriy in less than a day and on the arranged day and time Mauris came in took everything and was sorted very neatly and efficiently. Mauris is very courteous and delightful to deal with and I would definitely be using them in the future and recommend to anyone looking for waste removal services. Would give 6 stars if possible.

Great bunch of lads, always fantastic service with a quick turnaround.

They removed some old sections of fencing that were quite large and awkward, plus some anchor blocks that were heavy to handle. They did an excellent job for a reasonable price.
