The product is good, installation instruction can be better. If shipping can be faster, that will be perfect, now it took 1 month to deliver but it has been stated when I purchase.
Received a completely wrong cheaper item with someone else's invoice attached. Wrote to their support support and tried to call - noone is getting back to me. An absolute waste of time and money.

My order was delivered a month late…
My order was delivered a month late from the original promise. No information was sent to me about the delays.
The problem wasn't about the transportation - they just didn't have the items on the stock that they were selling. Transportation took a couple of days as expected in the end.
As a customer, I expect the merchant to keep their promises. I wouldn't have chosen Rubinetteriashop if I'd had known the actual delivery times beforehand.
It's understandable, that unexpected issues could emerge. In that case, I expect the merchant to clearly communicate about those and tell the new delivery date that they can keep. Excusing and offering a gift card for a failed promise would be a good example of a customer-centric shop. Unfortunately, Rubinetteriashop never contacted me nor offered explanation.

HORRIBLE service. Do not shop here.
I placed a large order with this company for our bathroom and asked, first on chat, and later on e-mail to please verify and make 100% sure that the items I picked were compatible. I was told "It's compatible" on every contact.
I get my order and have plumbers install everything, only to find out that the seat is not compatible with the toilet. It's ok, mistakes can be made.
I contact them and I am told that I can't return the toilet seat or even exchange it for the correct one. Also, very slow delivery with no heads up explaination. I was told it would arrive on the 14th November at the LATEST. It arrived 17th at 17.00 - two days of worker time wasted.

Don’t write that no one denies exchange - you did EXACTLY deny exchange. You wrote, word for word “We can’t exchange it”
Lies and bad service - that is the real shame.
