RUBIROX is an independently owned family jewellers based in Stamford, Lincolnshire. Our charming and contemporary store first opened its doors in 2010, originally under the name ‘You & Beyond’. Throughout the years, the store has added to its collection of brands to become Stamford’s destination store for jewellery and watches, now stocking a collection of over twenty brands from across the world. The store underwent a refurbishment in 2017 and re-opened under a new name ‘RUBIROX’ to deliver an even greater experience to our wonderful customers, whilst also launching our online store.

Perfect gifts but no advertised discount
Perfect gifts, very much appreciated by recipient. Thanks also for the free gift earrings. I couldn't activate the 15% discount applicable on first website purchase, however - I think the code came to my email address after I had made my purchase, so perhaps that could've been made clearer during the ordering process. Happy to have been able to support a local business, though - hope you manage to make it through the other side of lockdown(s).

The online ordering system is super easy compared to others, really straightforward.
Part of my order was not in stock, I was emailed immediately and offered an alternative for the same price.
Communication is excellent.
My order was received on time, well packaged, excellent presentation, and the alternative charm I recieved was actually nicer than the one I originally ordered.
All in all, one delighted customer.

Great customer service

Purchased a ring for my partner
Purchased a ring for my partner, when it arrived the stone in the ring was loose.
When i feed this back they arranged for the return of the ring which they paid for and rather than repair it we were sent a new ring.
Great product and fantastic service with regular communication until we received the new ring.
Highly recommend this jewellers.
