Rubmaps has ignored my request for…

Rubmaps has ignored my request for years to remove an unapproved profile from their site. When they finally sent a written confirmed email that the profile has been removed, I found out it was still there. Another request was put in sending proof that they said it was removed and they are refusing to remove it.

They gather profiles to promote this site and I AM NOT A service provider for massage parlors! Please remove the profile. I am seeking legal counsel

Great site and great content

Let me tell you, this site is one of the best out there. It has real people on it and genuine reviews. I have made a few great friends from the site and got some great information on erotic and none erotic massage locations. I honestly am grateful for this site. It gives me an outlet to talk to guys and gals like me.

Trying to remove my listing from Rubmaps

I also tried contacting the owner of rubmaps because I wanted to delete my listing from their site and they won't allow me to.
The owner of Rubmaps asked me for a copy of my state of Illinois ID card, asked for my business phone and website and I cooperated with all his demands via email communication.
Unfortunately I don't have employees working for me and I don't have a business license to conduct a massage parlor so because I didn't have a license the owner of Rubmaps won't take my listing down ever.
I really should look into hiring a professional lawyer because I truly don't want to be affiliated with Rubmaps.
I'm not an Asian Massage parlor and I don't want clients finding me on that disgusting site.
If you're being listed on Rubmaps against your will please put in a formal complaint here on trustpilot.

Prostitution meets identity theft

I found out my business name, address and phone number was listed on rubmaps.ch after a creepy and stupid sounding man called me and told me that’s where he found my number.
I emailed rubmaps and asked them to remove my information from their site (because I’m not a prostitute)
They responded asking me to provide:
-a copy of my driver’s license
-proof of lease of the massage establishment and business license
-phone number and address (they already know that because they posted it)
I responded that they didn’t need information to remove information. We will see what happens. They will probably ignore me.
I tried to get google to remove the listing 6 times because I’m pretty sure that posting someone’s name, address and phone # on an website that says you perform sexual services is doxing. It definitely puts my safety at risk! I got rejected from google each time. If anyone in googleland reads this- I think URLs don’t match up because the first thing it sends you to is a page that says “you must be over 18 to enter” click through that, tech wizards then you will get to the page people are reporting. I also attempted to report them for exploitative removal practices because they blatantly try to steal your identity to remove a listing. That didn’t work either. I’m going to keep chipping away at it. It looks like some other people reported it to the FBI and FTC. I’m going to do that too. I’m not sure if a DMCA takedown would work in this situation but I’m looking into that.
If you are reading this and in the same situation as me, don’t back down. Please post about it here and anywhere you can. Don’t let rubmaps get away with this.

Rubbed my the wrong way ha

Expensively priced facade of a website serves as a facilitator of human trafficking without even the courtesy of reach arounds, like decent upstanding citizens give and get in the places I came from, Sad!

I hate this site badly. I want them to take my business out of their site ASAP

I hate this site badly. I can’t explain how much I hate it. They put my business on here. Those girl names NEVER work here. I made report to them many times to take it out but they never do. We are licensed and I do not want any monkey business people call or even step in my door. This site should be banned forever.... If they want to draw Erotic stuffs then list the business who do that... I hope the founder of this site go to deep hell and die suffering slowly...

ILLEGAL SITE@

Do not send money to this site or even make a review- they are located somewhere in Cypress and you will never hear fro them again! If they respond, they ask for highly personal information that I wouldn't tell my children, in order to delete a post!

Legitimate Massage Therapy sites are listed....

This site has listed legitimate Massage Therapy businesses on their site. It has caused me to get numerous calls and walk-ins from perverts. I have contacted Rubmaps.com via email and they will not remove the listing unless I provide my driver's license, social security card, business license, etc. It appears they want the information to steal my identity!! If they would have requested more info BEFORE listing my business, I wouldn't have to deal with this trash. The mailing address provided to mail the requested items is in Syria!

I now inform all perverts that I am collecting ALL the phone numbers who are calling with requests from Rubmaps.com for ILLEGAL activities, and providing them to our local Police Department. BEWARE!!

Illegal, Dangerous, and no one wants to help

Our business is licensed massage therapy and we are listed on this site. We contacted them and they attempted to extort us for private information in order to remove our business from their site. (ie., social security number, drivers license, etc.) We contacted the FBI, the FTC and the BBB. So far, no results and we still receive calls and visits from men who think we are something other than what we are. I also tried to make a complaint with Google since the site violates their rules, but their instructions for filing a complaint are a joke. They don't exist. This website is a danger to the profession of massage therapy and no one wants to help.

I am a legit massage therapist and …

I am a legit massage therapist and rubmaps.com has me on there without my permission. I now get calls and walkins from creeps out from under every rock. I was even attacked in my office. This site is bogus they just list every massuese in a given area as a prostitute. It is unsafe for the women involved and when I contacted them to remove my info they refused. Now it is an FBI matter and I will furnish phone numbers of creeps who call me. DO NOT USE THIS BOGUS SITE. Because of them I was nearly raped. Legit massage therapists should not be falsely portrayed as whores.

A website with a hidden, but active community, helping each other find the best experience.

I used to have to go around, manually looking for massage parlors hoping that I would get a happy ending by luck, but many times I've wasted my dollars, time, and gas and ended up with nothing to show for it. Until I found this website. Incredibly helpful and in depth, this site make it easy to locate the closest parlor to me, with ratings, descriptions on who I can find there, and what kind of services they provide. Definitely something you should check out.
