Ruby Cheer & Fitness provides cheerleading and dance after school clubs in Kingston upon Thames. They provide primary and secondary school children the opportunity to activities that isn't usually a part of the school curriculum. Cheerleading is a sport that teaches children team work, resilience, discipline as well as body awareness, social skills and confidence. Children learn to do stunts, jumps, tumbling and dance in each session with fun games and a performance at the end of term. In Dance club we explore Pom, Jazz, Hip hop and Lyrical dance styles. Students learn performance technique, self expression, lifts and partner work. They also have the opportunity to earn tumble and dance skill badges throughout the term. This is a great incentive and gives the children a goal to work towards. See more
